Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

✔ Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

✔ The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).

Effects of Withdrawal

✔ Refund of all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable)

✔ Refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we have received and inspected the returned goods

✔ The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed

✔ The goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days after withdrawal

✔ The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping

Condition of Returned Goods

✔ Products must be returned complete

✔ Original packaging and all accessories must be included

✔ You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

✔ We only accept returns of factory-sealed, unopened perfumes and cosmetic products

In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 No. 3 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

✔ This applies in particular to perfumes and cosmetic products where:

  • the original seal has been opened, removed, or damaged

  • the product has been used beyond standard testing

✔ For reasons of hygiene, product safety, and authenticity verification, we reserve the right to refuse returns if products are returned opened, used, or without original packaging
