These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed in the PARFIVO online shop operated by ELITZA-2018 EOOD.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of shipment.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices including applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
4. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
✔ Shopify Payments (credit card and others)
✔ PayPal
✔ Klarna (if available)
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made within the European Union.
All shipments are:
✔ fully insured
✔ provided with tracking
Delivery times are specified in the respective product listings.
Incorrect or incomplete address details are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Acceptance of Delivery
The customer is obliged to:
✔ inspect the shipment for visible damage upon delivery
✔ report any transport damage immediately
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal for Sealed Products
In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 No. 3 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to:
✔ perfumes
✔ cosmetic products
Returns are only accepted if:
✔ the product is originally sealed
✔ unopened and unused
✔ in complete original packaging
9. Inspection of Returns
All returns are documented upon receipt (photo and video recording).
Refunds may be refused in cases of:
✔ damaged or removed seals
✔ signs of use
✔ missing original packaging or accessories
10. Product Authenticity and Manufacturer Variations
All products offered are 100% original and sourced from authorized distribution channels within the European Union.
Manufacturers may, as part of their production, logistics, or distribution processes, modify, remove, or adjust packaging, bottle design, or markings (e.g. batch codes, production identifiers, or labels). Such changes are often made for brand protection, internal logistics, or quality control purposes.
The absence, modification, or variation of batch codes or certain markings does not indicate a lack of authenticity and does not constitute a defect, provided that product quality, functionality, and originality are not affected.
Subjective assessments, online databases, or third-party batch code tools do not constitute reliable proof of production data or product authenticity.
11. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Natural variations in fragrance development or individual scent perception do not constitute a defect.
12. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
13. Checkout Legal Confirmation
By completing the order, the customer confirms:
✔ that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions
✔ that they have taken note of the withdrawal policy
✔ that sealed perfume and cosmetic products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once opened (§ 312g Abs. 2 No. 3 BGB)
14. Applicable Law
European law shall apply, taking into account mandatory German consumer protection regulations.
